Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging Or under warranty. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any opened package will be considered as already worn and used. Furthermore, any returned item more than 30 days after delivery will be considered non-returnable.

  • No exchanges accepted
  • For returns, please note: 
    • The customer must cover the cost of return shipping and the shipping fee for the replacement item.
    • These fees are not optional and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refund: A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, calculated based on the original order value (minimum $10, maximum 15% of the order total).
  • Original shipping fees and customs charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Reasons Not Covered for Returns

  • Returns citing subjective reasons such as “didn’t work for me” or “no visible results”or "Don't like/Not suitable/ are subject to approval and may not be accepted if the product has been opened or used.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Flash Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
    Opened or used products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
